Next Sunday, 18.11.18 - 18:00 — until Monday, 19.11.2018 - 23:59, the entire PC CADDIE://online platform will be relocated: to new servers and a new data center in Hamburg. During this time, all PC CADDIE://online services including APP and InfoScreens are switched off, and cannot be accessed or operated. Booking service offers online - with a long lasting presence in the golf business and is becoming ever more popular with golfers: the trend is rising!
We are consistently meeting this growing demand on the new servers in terms of performance (including database clusters), resilience and 24/7 maintenance infrastructure. In detail, the move consists of these steps:
On Sunday evening, all online services will be set to "OFFLINE" and the relocation of all databases to the new data center will start. After the complete transfer of all databases followed by detailed functional tests, we will restart all online services at the latest on Monday night. During this time, your members and guests will be notified of these service activities in the APP and on the Club websites. The InfoScreens in the clubhouse and on the golf course can be switched off for this period. Sending SMS will be impossible.
