Two successful congress days at the Golf Congress 2023 of the German Golf Management Association (GMVD) are history! This year's meeting of experts working in golf management was held under the motto "Networking - Training - Promotion". Exciting presentations and a lively exchange of knowledge provided a practical look behind the green scenes of golf.
One of the focal points was on emotions, both in a sporting context and in the enthusiasm of people for work in the context of golf management. However, other important challenges were also taken into consideration, such as water management in the operation of facilities, future trends in golf and health aspects of golf management. A total of almost 180 participants showed over the two days of the congress that they are well equipped to tackle the challenges of the 2024 golf season and beyond.
