Dear PC CADDIE users,
already in the night from Thursday to Friday there was an unforeseen outage due to maintenance work in the data center of our web service provider. This affected the hosting of our web pages on www.pccaddie.com as well as on www.pccaddie.de. Since our info desktop within the software is also fed from this data, it could not be displayed in the software either. Unfortunately, the error could be solved in the end by the service provider only completely on Saturday morning around 8.45 a.m. - since this moment the website is available again. The PC CADDIE://online app and the club modules were not affected by this outage.
We would like to sincerely apologize for this outage and hope that your restrictions have been kept to a minimum. We are glad that PC CADDIE's support teams were able to provide quick case-by-case assistance.
Together with the service provider, we will now have them check how such outages can be avoided in the future. We wish you all the best for the current golf weekend and a good game at all times.
