Good project management is increasingly important: in the introduction of new software solutions, as well as for answering and understanding when faced with complex situations; and this is not at all easy. Although PC CADDIE is a substantial part, it is also dependent of the many components of rapidly growing IT landscapes - even in smaller golf courses. We, the PC CADDIE team, are challenged to maintain a high level of trust between golf club leaders and our team, to advice you well regarding the software, hardware, networking and programming, and to develop stronger coaching and consulting skills. For this reason, we started our cooperation with Prof. Dr. Gerhard Nowak last year, and have regular training meetings. Gradually, we train all employees in special communication skills and learn how to better understand, advise and solve different tasks.
