In four consecutive units, you will learn how to create invoices efficiently and automate the entire process - whether annually or monthly.

Seminar structure:

- Structure: The seminar is divided into four units that will help you to implement all processes efficiently step by step. Between the units, you will be given tasks to consolidate what you have learned and clarify open questions.
Seminar content:
- Managing membership fees: We'll show you how to manage subscriptions - whether monthly or annual - efficiently and create invoices easily. Items can be defined so that they are automatically assigned to memberships, boxes or rentals.
- Automation and control: As soon as the foundations have been laid, you can assign contributions and invoices with just a few clicks. Statistics help you to keep track and ensure that no membership is overlooked.
- Customizing the layout: You will learn how to customize the layout of the invoices to start sending them by email or printing them in just a few steps.
