Very often, our PC CADDIE support team receives queries about the maintenance times still available for a golf club in the current year. You yourself - after a problem has been dealt with - can transparently view the times still available yourself.
When you contact PC CADDIE support with a problem, a so-called ticket is opened. When this ticket is then closed, you will receive an e-mail with the title "Your support request has been completed" and the ticket number. At the bottom of this e-mail, you will then find the "Service status" with the exact times spent on solving this problem. In addition, you can also see at a glance how much maintenance time you have already used in 2023 and how much maintenance time is left for the current year.
