Dear golf club managers,
The deadline for the DGV membership survey on September 30 is approaching. Here are some important points that you should bear in mind to ensure that the registration process runs smoothly:
- 1. update member data Please update the member data on the DGV intranet in advance by using the "Transfer all members to the intranet" function.
- 2. carry out the DGV membership survey on 30.09. It is best to carry out the membership survey directly in PC CADDIE on September 30th. Experience shows that on this day there are the fewest discrepancies between the reported data and the comparative figures stored on the DGV intranet on the reporting date.
- 3. sending the PDF file Do not forget to send the generated PDF file with the inventory data by e-mail to MBE@dgv.golf.de. This is regarded as official approval of the data reported by the club. It is not necessary to send it by fax or post.
- 4. deadline until October 15 If time is tight on September 30 or during the week, you can transfer the registration to the DGV by October 15 at the latest.
These steps will ensure that the DGV membership survey is completed correctly and on time.
