If there is system-relevant information - such as server outages or other important technical news - PC CADDIE will inform you about it immediately, even if your info desktop is in the background.
In case of particularly important information, the "Information" button with the circular info icon in the left navigation bar of PC CADDIE turns red for messages with extremely high urgency and yellow for medium urgency. In addition, a bell icon appears.
This signals you that there is an important and system relevant information. In this case, please click on the "Information" button to view the message on the info desktop. You will then find the corresponding message in a box on the right side of your Infodesktop. As a rule and if possible, you will then also receive a tip on how to proceed in the corresponding situation.
